Terms of sale
The seller provides a free personalised quote to any consumer offered a service or set of services with a total price of 100 € or more (VAT not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), or to any consumer who requests one.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Under French law 92-1442 of 31 December 1992, late payment incurs interest of 1.5% per month plus a fixed recovery fee of 40 € (VAT not applicable, article 293 B CGI).
Payment methods: cash or cheque on site, cheque by post or bank transfer. No discount for early payment.
If a service is cancelled more than 48 hours before the day of the service, no penalty applies and the balance is refunded by bank transfer. If cancelled less than 48 hours before, a fixed compensation of 50 € is due (VAT not applicable, article 293 B CGI).

Personal data
Information entered in the contact form or when booking is used only to handle your request. It is not passed on to third parties. You can ask to see or delete it by email at h.didier@fruitiersetcompagnie.com.
Cookies
The site sets a single, strictly necessary cookie: it keeps your cart and the access to your order for the browser session. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a technical security cookie. Payment takes place on Stripe's page, under Stripe's own policy. No analytics or advertising cookies, so no consent is requested.
